ThePrompty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FeedPose for personal, non-commercial photography guidance and camera overlay purposes on your personal mobile device.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• You may not redistribute, sub-license, or sell pose card visual assets without prior written consent from ThePrompty.

When using FeedPose to take photos or record media, you agree to:

• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding privacy and photography in public and private places.
• Obtain proper consent from individuals before capturing their photograph or video using FeedPose.
• Avoid using the application in hazardous environments (e.g., near busy roads, cliff edges, or restricted security areas).

All pose templates, camera overlay silhouettes, branding logos, graphic designs, and software code associated with FeedPose are the exclusive property of ThePrompty. Photos taken by you using the camera remain 100% your personal property.

FeedPose is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the camera overlay or voice shutter triggers on all device models.

In no event shall ThePrompty, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application or camera features.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of FeedPose following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
